Rotary Hot-Melt labelling machine to apply, with the maximum reliability and precision, wraparound pre-cut paper labels (or plastic labels) on either cylindrical or shaped containers made of glass, plastic or metal.
The container presence photocell positioned near the inlet wheel generates a signal used for starting the labelling process when a container is present. The The container picks up the label from the label magazine; then the spreader applies the Hot-Melt glue to the final vertical end of the label, thus ensuring proper application. A smoothing device completes the process.
