Capping head
-This machine is suitable for screw capping of pump cap products. The bottle cap is provided to the cap grabbing area through the channel, the cap grabbed by the cap head is sent to the cap area through compressed air for capping work, and finally the bottle cap bottle is exported by the conveyor
-The claw head is customized according to the diameter of the cap. The claw wraps the claw head 360 degrees. The cap and the claw head do not move relative to each other, and the bottle body and the claw head remain stationary, effectively ensuring that there are no scratches on the bottle and cap.
Pump cover sorting device
-The speed of the lid sorter is automatically adjusted according to the feeding speed.
-All designs adopt 3D actual simulation design, and production will be carried out after confirming the actual demand with the customer before final production.
-All the front and back linkages of the cap sorter are controlled automatically by the PLC program, without manual adjustment, and real automatic production is realized.
